RED RUM MARTINI
60ml Wing Walker Rum
Crushed cranberries
15ml sloe gin
10ml lemon juice
15ml vanilla syrup
Crush the cranberries.
Mix, shake and garnish with whole cranberries.
RUM OLD FASHIONED
60ml Wing Walker Rum
3 dashes each of orange/grapefruit and whisky bitters
12ml maple syrup/agave
Grapefruit peel
Mix, stir and and serve over plenty of ice. Garnish with grapefruit peel.

Pomegranate (muddled)
Rhubarb bitters
